A 90-minute relaxing and invigorating Hatha Yoga session. During the session, students are guided through a series of relaxation techniques. These techniques help the student learn the healing power of proper breathing and relaxation. Continuing with yoga flows, this sequencing will enliven the physical / mental body. These help the student to gain more confidence on and off the yoga mat. Unlike most yoga classes, the instructor, Dee, not only brings in a longer relaxation before postures, she also uses therapeutic yoga/yoga therapy techniques as well as Reiki. These help the student relax for meditation or relaxation following postures.
