You need to spare your 30 minutes for the completion of one session. Some people need more than one session to actually get over with the removal of waste. You will put your feet in a tub filled with water. An electric current would be passed for the beginning of this process. The human body is composed of individual cells that are negatively charged inside and positively charged outside.
