| Tai Chi Kung with Daniel M. Clark |
A new class offered exclusively for beginners with no previous experience or those with a very basic level understanding. This Tai Chi - Chi Kung class teaches many of the foundation movements found in Yang Style of Tai Chi. Students will learn a select number of movements that are designed to improve concentration, improve balance and coordination, reduce stress, and improve their level of health through better circulation. As a part of each class, specific Standing Meditations will be done to further promote strong energy development.
